Platform Terms of Service

1. What this is

The Club App Platform (“the Platform”, “we”) provides software that youth sports clubs use to run registration, scheduling, messaging, payments, and player development. These terms cover clubs that create an account on the Platform and the club staff and families who use it. Your club may have its own additional policies — those are between you and your club.

2. Clubs and their data

Each club on the Platform is a separate tenant. A club’s roster, registrations, payments, messages, and player records belong to that club, not to us. Club administrators control who joins their club and what roles they hold. We never show one club’s data to another club, and we don’t sell member data to anyone. Clubs can export their data (CSV) at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. Accounts are for one person — don’t share logins. Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy of roster data they enter or import and for having the right to enter it.

4. Payments

Fees you pay through the Platform are set by and owed to your club; we process them on the club’s behalf through our payment processor. Refunds are the club’s decision under the club’s own policy — contact your club first. Card details are handled by the payment processor and never touch our servers.

5. Acceptable use

  • No harassment or abuse of other members — this is a youth sports community.
  • No attempting to access another club’s or another family’s data.
  • No scraping, reselling, or misrepresenting the Platform as your own service.

We may suspend accounts or clubs that violate these rules.

6. The service

We work hard to keep the Platform available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount your club paid us in the twelve months before a claim. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to club administrators.
